Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competing athlete. At 16, she started taking part in fitness competitions, following her decision to quit gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card only one year later at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro model for competition and sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. She won her Pro Card just one year later and was 17. She was one of the youngest IFBB Pro ever. Ariel took six year off from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her studies at college. After completing her college education, Ariel returned in 2015. The show continued in the same way she was in prior events, such as those of the Toronto Pro Supershow and Mr. Olympia. The contest continued for several years after her debut, establishing higher expectations for herself each year. In 2009, she had won four other fitness titles. In 2009 she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in history. Following the Pro Card's award, Ariel took a six-year break from competing so she could complete her degree at college. In the month of October, 2015, she made a return to the sport with her IFBB Fitness Professional debut in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. She was 3rd overall at the event. In summer 2016, she won first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. It qualified her to compete in to compete in the Fitness Olympia. In three months she was on stage at the Olympia in which she won 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel admits she did not have any goals. Her satisfaction was high with her placement. It's not surprising that she did so well considering the competition. Ariel keeps impressing with an improved version of her body every year. Ariel loves working out your lower back. Her exercises for strengthening her back are bent-over rows using single-arm lat pull-downs. Ariel usually starts warming up before moving onto the sets for working. Ariel is the most efficient use of her limited time. The routine she does for her back comprises three or more supersets comprising 10-12 repetitions.
