Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she turned 16 and she quit the sport of gymnastics. Within a year, she earned her Pro Card aged 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is an actress. After quitting her gymnastics career She began competing in fitness contests at the age of 16 when she was 16. After only one year, she could earn her Professional Card when she was 17. Thus becoming the oldest IFBB Pro in history. Ariel was required to take six years away from performing following the award of her Pro card to complete her college. She came back in 2015 and carried on from the point where she had left participating in some of the most prestigious contests like The Toronto Pro Supershow, and Mr. Olympia. After her initial show for several years, aiming for bigger and better targets each year. At the end 2009 she was the winner of several fitness awards. Also, she was the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals champion, which made her most youthful IFBB Fitness Pro (at age 17) in the history of fitness. Ariel completed the first six years of competition to get her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. The team finished third in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. This meant that she became a participant in Fitness Olympia. A few months later she was on the Olympia stage and took home the position of 6th in the Fitness Division. Ariel was proud to be 6th place at the level of Fitness, despite having zero expectations. Considering she was battling against top athletes. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing an improved version of her body every year. Ariel is a fan of working on the lower part of her back. This is made up of bent-over rows, pull-downs using a single arm using a pull-up machine, as well as sitting rows. First, she warms up prior to moving on to exercises. Ariel makes the best use of her time. Her routine for back exercises is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprising 10-12 repetitions.
